Legacy Programming™ is designed to serve entire communities—not individual users. Rather than charging by the number of residents who participate each month, Solace Moment licenses organizations based on the size of their community. Our goal is simple: We never want pricing to discourage participation. The more residents whose stories are preserved, the happier we are.
Community Licensing
Each organization purchases a Community License based on the number of licensed residents within their community.
- Legacy — For communities with up to 75 licensed residents.
- Legacy Plus — For communities with 76–200 licensed residents.
- Enterprise — For communities with more than 200 licensed residents, multi-campus organizations, or organizations requiring custom implementation and support.
Every Community License includes the complete Legacy Programming™ platform and core functionality. The only difference between plans is the licensed community size.

Sponsored Legacy Capacity
Each Community License includes a generous number of Sponsored Legacies designed to exceed the normal needs of communities within each licensing tier.
This additional capacity allows organizations to sponsor spouses, special participants, volunteers, veterans, community members, and other meaningful participants without immediately requiring a license adjustment. Our goal is flexibility—not restrictions.
Capacity Notifications
As your organization grows, Solace Moment automatically monitors your Community License.
When your organization approaches its included Sponsored Legacy capacity, administrators will receive advance notifications. Typical notifications occur before your organization reaches capacity, giving plenty of time to plan if an upgrade becomes appropriate.

If more residents choose to preserve their stories, that's success. We believe organizations should never be punished financially simply because their residents embrace the program.
Our licensing model is intentionally designed to support long-term growth while remaining predictable for budgeting and planning.

Fair & Responsible Usage
Legacy Programming™ is intended for preserving personal legacies and meaningful life stories.
In the rare event that an organization's storage or platform usage substantially exceeds normal Legacy Programming™ activity, Solace Moment may work with the organization to determine the most appropriate licensing solution.

These situations are expected to be uncommon. Our goal is always to work collaboratively—not punitively.
