Quick Start

Open the Solace Moment invitation sent to your email and sign in to your organization account.

If you have not received an invitation, contact your organization administrator or Solace Moment support.

In your Sponsor Dashboard, open Settings to review your organization name, program contact, and the details shown to residents and families. Administrators can also review Billing & Capacity to confirm how many sponsored legacies your plan includes.

Add the staff members who will help administer Legacy Programming™ or facilitate Legacy Sessions. You'll find this under Team in your Sponsor Dashboard.

Choose team members who regularly work with residents, families, activities, life enrichment, or community engagement.

Use your Solace Moment implementation materials to introduce the program to residents, families, and staff.

You do not need to explain every feature. Begin with the purpose: creating intentional opportunities to preserve someone's voice, stories, memories, and wisdom.

Open Sponsored Legacies in your Sponsor Dashboard and add the resident along with their family contact. Once the record is created, send the activation invite — the family receives a secure email link to create or claim their private Solace Moment vault.

Create a comfortable opportunity for conversation.

Staff can use available Solace Moment prompts, guided Legacy Sessions from the Session Library, or the Solace Guide to help someone begin sharing meaningful memories and stories.

Use the available Solace Moment tools to preserve the memory in the resident or family's private legacy experience. Today you can save a voice recording, a video recording, a written story, or a photograph, along with the prompt that inspired it.

Legacy preservation works best when it becomes an ongoing opportunity rather than a one-time activity. Encourage staff to:

• offer regular Legacy Sessions
• involve families
• use meaningful occasions and life events as conversation opportunities
• revisit unfinished stories
• encourage residents to continue building their legacy over time

Administrators can follow program activity from the Sponsor Dashboard, where sponsored legacies and scheduled sessions are listed for your community.
