Official Rules — The Solace Moment Holiday Challenge 2026
1. Sponsor. The sponsor is Solace Moment LLC, 3231 Alcott Ave, Plant City, FL 33566 ("Sponsor"). These are the legal name and business mailing address saved in the campaign administrator settings. No entries are accepted before the Entry Period in Section 4 opens.
2. No purchase necessary. No purchase, fee, account, recording, story submission, newsletter subscription, public posting, social engagement or payment information is required to enter or win. Purchasing or using Solace Moment does not improve the odds of winning. Paying subscribers and non-subscribers enter the same way, have the same odds, are entered in the same drawing and are eligible for the same prize. Being a paying subscriber is never a reason to disqualify a winner or reduce a prize (see Section 8). Optional marketing consent is separate from entry and does not affect eligibility or odds.
3. Eligibility.
3.1 Who may enter. Open to legal residents of the 49 United States, excluding Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia, who meet the minimum age in Section 3.2. Void in Rhode Island, outside the eligible jurisdictions and where prohibited by law. U.S. territories and international participants are not eligible.
3.2 Minimum age. The minimum age is 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi, and 18 in all other eligible jurisdictions. No exception (for example, emancipation) is offered.
3.3 When eligibility must be met. An entrant must meet Sections 3.1 and 3.2 at the time of entry and continuously through the date the prize is awarded under Section 7.
3.4 Excluded persons. Not eligible: employees, owners, officers and contractors of Sponsor; anyone who administers the promotion; and the immediate family members and household members of each. "Immediate family" means spouse or domestic partner, parents, children, siblings and grandparents, and each of their spouses or domestic partners, whether by birth, marriage or adoption. "Household member" means anyone who lives at the same residence for at least three months of the year, whether or not related.
3.5 Limits. One valid entry per eligible person. One prize maximum per person. Two or more separately eligible individuals in the same household may each enter and win, subject to the one-entry-per-person and one-prize-per-person limits and Section 3.4.
4. Entry period and verification. The entry period runs from November 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time through December 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's server time governs all deadlines in these rules.
To enter without charge, go to https://solacemoment.com/challenge and provide:
- first and last name and an email address;
- your state of residence (required);
- the affirmative state-specific minimum-age, eligible U.S. residency, rules and privacy acknowledgements.
State eligibility and the corresponding age-threshold certification are validated on the server. State information is retained privately for eligibility verification. It is not used for unrelated marketing without appropriate consent. No date of birth or exact age is collected, and no account registration is required.
Only entries originally received during the Entry Period may qualify for the January 4 drawing. If the single supplemental period in Section 6.3 is authorized, timely supplemental entries qualify only under that section; original entries retain their December 29 Verification Deadline. Verify your email using the single-use link by December 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Verification Deadline"). All timely submitted entries share this common Verification Deadline, including replacement links.
- New entries are not accepted after December 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern.
- Before the Verification Deadline, you may request a replacement link for an existing timely, unverified entry. It does not create an additional entry.
- An unverified entry is not eligible for any drawing.
One valid entry per verified email address, and one entry per person. Suspected duplicate entries using different emails receive documented review. They are not automatically disqualified based solely on names, IP addresses or devices. Prospective winners are verified before awarding; government identification is not required from every entrant. Entries from previous or future campaigns are not transferred. Automated or deceptive entries may be reviewed using documented objective criteria (see Section 11.3); entries will not be arbitrarily rejected, and matching names alone do not establish fraud. A private Super Admin determination linking confirmed same-person entries preserves the underlying records and records the administrator and reasons. Separate household members are not automatically linked. A duplicate discovered after selection requires documented review; an awarded prize is never silently revoked.
5. Prizes.
5.1 Prizes. Sponsor offers five prizes for five different eligible winners and retains responsibility for all five prize obligations. The selection procedures do not guarantee that five willing eligible winners will be available. Any unfilled prize remains outstanding under Section 7.7; it is not treated as awarded or cancelled. Each prize is one full year (12 consecutive calendar months) of Solace Moment Family membership, including four included family logins.
5.2 Value. Approximate retail value (ARV) is $199.99 per prize, the current published price of an annual Family plan. Total ARV for all five prizes is $999.95. The prize is service access only, not cash. The full promised benefit is the same for every winner, whether or not the winner already subscribes (see Section 8).
5.3 Restrictions. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative, cash equivalent or credit is offered, and a prize may not be sold or exchanged. Optional extra family logins beyond the four included are not part of the prize. If added, they are charged at the published add-on price only with the winner's separate, express authorization. Sponsor may substitute a prize only if the Family membership cannot be provided for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, and only with a benefit of equal or greater value, documented and disclosed to the affected winner.
5.4 Taxes. Each winner is solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes on the prize. The reportable value is the ARV stated above. If applicable law requires Sponsor to collect tax-reporting information from a winner, Sponsor will request only the minimum legally required information through a private, secure channel. Sponsor will issue any tax form the law requires.
5.5 Odds. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible, verified entries received (see Section 6.2).
6. Random drawing.
6.1 Drawing. On January 4, 2027, an authorized administrator will initiate an unbiased random drawing, without replacement, from all eligible, verified entries. The pool is all entries received during the Entry Period and verified by the Verification Deadline (Section 4). The eligible pool, method, administrator, timestamp and all selections are retained in an audit record. No administrator may predetermine a winner.
6.2 Odds. If there are N eligible entrants and N is at least five, each eligible entrant's chance of being initially selected is 5/N.
6.3 Single supplemental period. If fewer than five eligible verified entrants exist on January 4, every eligible entrant is selected as a prospective winner. If vacant or forfeited prize slots cannot be filled from the remaining eligible original pool, Sponsor may authorize exactly ONE supplemental period, announced at https://solacemoment.com/challenge before it opens: January 5, 2027 at 12:00 AM Eastern through January 18, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern, verification by January 19, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern, and random drawing January 20, 2027. If the shortage is not established and announced before January 5, no shortened or later supplemental period opens automatically; outstanding obligations follow Section 7.7. The same free method, eligibility and entry limits apply. Remaining eligible original entrants who have not been selected remain in the pool without entering again; supplemental entrants receive one valid entry each. Linked entries confirmed to belong to one person contribute only one eligible entry. Anyone previously selected is excluded from subsequent selections. Supplemental selection fills only vacant or forfeited slots and never replaces a pending, confirmed or fulfilled winner or increases the five-prize total. There is no automatic second supplemental period.
7. Winner notification, response and alternates.
7.1 Prospective winners. Each selected person is a prospective winner, not a confirmed winner, until verified under Section 8.1.
7.2 Notification. Sponsor notifies each prospective winner by email at the verified entry email address within two business days after selection. The notice states the exact response deadline in Eastern Time.
7.3 Response deadline. The prospective winner has five business days after notification to respond, by 5:00 PM America/New_York on the fifth business day. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and observed U.S. federal holidays, including New Year's Day. The day of notification does not count.
7.4 Delivery failures. If a notice is returned as undeliverable, or there is no response within two business days, Sponsor sends one additional notice to the same address. It does not extend the original response deadline. All sends, delivery results and responses are recorded in the campaign audit record. A failed delivery is not, by itself, proof of ineligibility. If Sponsor's own systems or email provider failed and the failure is documented, the affected prospective winner receives one replacement notice with a new five-business-day response period.
7.5 Forfeiture. A prospective winner forfeits the prize in any of these cases, and the reason is recorded:
- they decline the prize;
- they do not respond by the deadline (or by the replacement deadline under Section 7.4);
- they are found ineligible under Section 3;
- they do not complete verification under Section 8.1 by its deadline.
7.6 Alternates. For each forfeited prize, an unbiased alternate drawing is held within five business days, from the remaining eligible entrants who have not been selected. Confirmed winners, forfeited prospective winners and disqualified people are not selected again. Each alternate receives the same notice, response period and verification opportunity. Alternates fill only unawarded prizes and never increase the five-prize total. Alternate drawings continue while eligible never-selected people remain, without a fixed round limit. If the pool is exhausted, Section 7.7 applies.
7.7 Outstanding prize obligations. If a prize remains unfilled and no eligible alternates remain after the single supplemental procedure, or the fixed supplemental period cannot be used, Sponsor records the prize as an outstanding obligation for an explicit documented administrator decision consistent with applicable law. No additional entry period opens automatically. This does not cancel a prize obligation, reduce the number or value advertised, or represent an unawarded prize as awarded. Any further lawful action requires a separate decision, documentation and any required notice; these rules promise no automatic additional selection period.
8. Verification and fulfillment.
8.1 Verification. Sponsor may request only the age, residency, identity and eligibility information reasonably needed, through an approved private process. The prospective winner has five business days after the request to provide it. Winners are never asked for payment to claim a prize. A prospective winner who is verified is a confirmed winner.
8.2 What every winner receives. Each confirmed winner receives one full year (12 consecutive calendar months) of complimentary Solace Moment Family access, including four included family logins. Before activation, the winner receives a written confirmation stating the activation and expiration dates, how any existing subscription is treated, that optional extra logins are charged only with separate authorization, and what happens at the end of the prize year.
8.3 Timeframe. The prize is activated within 30 days after the winner is confirmed. For paying subscribers it is activated within 30 days after the winner authorizes the arrangement under Section 8.5. No internal administrative target extends this 30-day period. Any delay is documented, and the winner is told of the delay and given a resolution contact.
8.4 New account holders and existing Free users. After verification, the winner creates or confirms a verified Solace Moment account with a winner-owned family household. No account is required to enter. The 12-month Family access begins on the activation date and involves no charge.
8.5 Existing paying subscribers. A paying subscription never disqualifies a winner or reduces the prize. Sponsor's Super Admin personally arranges each paying subscriber's prize through a documented manual review, as follows:
- (a) The winner keeps the full value of any time already paid for (prepaid value is preserved).
- (b) The winner receives the full 12 consecutive calendar months of Family access, scheduled so that it does not overlap with time already paid for. For an existing Family subscriber, the prize year begins after the current paid-through date. For an Individual subscriber, the arrangement either begins the Family year after the paid-through date or credits the unused paid time, as agreed with the winner.
- (c) Sponsor explains the arrangement in writing and obtains the winner's informed consent before making any change to the winner's subscription. The consent is documented.
- (d) No regular charge for the winner's base plan applies during the prize year, unless the winner chooses otherwise in writing.
- (e) The prize is recorded as fulfilled only after the agreed arrangement and the confirmed 12-month benefit dates are documented.
Unrelated subscriptions and optional add-ons are not part of the prize.
8.6 End of the prize year. When the prize year ends, no new paid subscription starts automatically. Billing resumes only under a payment authorization the winner already gave or gives again, and only after written notice at least 14 days in advance, or any longer notice required by law or by the winner's existing agreement. Otherwise, access reverts to the winner's prior plan or the Free plan. Existing memories remain subject to the normal access and retention terms.
8.7 No duplicate redemption. A prize is fulfilled once. A failed access or billing operation is not completed fulfillment.
9. Privacy and data retention.
9.1 Use of information. Entry information is used only to run the promotion: administration, eligibility review, notification, verification, fulfillment, the winner list and any legally required reporting. Entry information is not sold.
9.2 Marketing consent. Marketing emails require a separate, optional opt-in that is unchecked by default. Not opting in has no effect on eligibility or odds. Emails required to run the promotion are not marketing. These are the entry verification link, winner notices, verification requests and fulfillment confirmations. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting admin@solacemoment.com.
9.3 Private content. Entries are private and accessible only through authorized campaign operations. No private vault recordings or transcripts are copied to the promotion. Your memories belong to you; you never have to send private recordings or share them publicly. Optional story submissions are separate and do not affect the odds. Security uses encryption in transit and at rest and access controls; this is not a claim of end-to-end encryption.
9.4 Retention. Entry, consent, drawing, winner and fulfillment records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to run the promotion, resolve questions or disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. They are then deleted or irreversibly anonymized under the Privacy Policy; backup copies expire on their normal schedule. Account and private vault records are separate and follow the existing Privacy Policy.
9.5 Winner publicity. Sponsor will not use a winner's name, likeness or story for promotion without the winner's separate, affirmative written consent. Declining has no effect on the prize. This does not apply to the winner list in Section 10.
10. Winner list. To request the list of confirmed winners, free of charge, between January 4, 2027 and July 4, 2027:
- email admin@solacemoment.com with the subject "Holiday Challenge 2026 Winner List", or
- write to Sponsor at the address in Section 1.
The list is available after all prizes have been awarded and delivered. Requests received earlier are answered when the list is complete. If completion occurs after July 4, 2027, requests are accepted until 90 days after completion. Any longer request period required by law controls.
The public list shows each confirmed winner's first name, last initial and state and the prize description. Entrant emails, mailing addresses, exact ages, account identifiers and private content are never published. Any legally required regulator filing is separate and uses a protected channel.
11. Administration, conditions and disputes.
11.1 Fair administration. Sponsor administers the promotion fairly under these rules and keeps documented reasons for material decisions. No winner may be predetermined, no eligible entry may be arbitrarily rejected, and no payment may be required to claim a prize.
11.2 Technical disruptions. Sponsor documents the scope, timing and effect of any material interruption or email-delivery failure, and preserves timely entries and audit evidence. A person is not disqualified solely because of a failure by Sponsor or its providers. If a disruption materially prevents the promotion from operating as described, Sponsor may correct, modify or suspend the promotion only as permitted by law. The reason is recorded and affected entrants are notified, and the number or value of prizes is not reduced.
11.3 Invalid or fraudulent entries. Sponsor uses documented, objective evidence of prohibited automation, deliberate deception, duplicate-person entries or other rule violations. Matching names, shared devices, networks or households alone do not establish misconduct. Where practicable, an affected entrant may respond privately before a final adverse decision. A reasoned written decision is retained.
11.4 Fulfillment issues. An unresolved prize stays pending. The winner receives a written explanation and a resolution contact. Prepaid value is preserved. Sponsor never requires payment or makes subscription changes without the winner's authorization to resolve an issue. Any alternative arrangement requires the winner's informed, documented consent and must preserve the full promised benefit.
11.5 Questions and disputes. Entrants may contact admin@solacemoment.com or write to Sponsor at the address in Section 1 for a documented review of an entry, notification or fulfillment concern. Sponsor responds in writing within 15 business days.
11.6 Governing law. These rules are governed by Florida law, without displacing any mandatory protections of the entrant's home jurisdiction. Any court proceeding is brought in the state or federal courts serving Hillsborough County, Florida, except where the law of the entrant's home jurisdiction requires otherwise. These rules impose no arbitration requirement and no class-action waiver, and do not restrict complaints to regulators. No broad liability release or damages cap is adopted. Nothing in these rules excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.7 Order of precedence. If these rules conflict with any promotional material, these rules control.
12. Social platforms. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or any other social platform. Sharing and social engagement are optional and confer no entries or advantages. Chance-based promotional content is not distributed on LinkedIn. Educational storytelling and Legacy Day outreach are separate.
13. Sponsor responsibility. These Official Rules are issued and approved by Sponsor. Sponsor is responsible for administering the promotion in accordance with these rules and applicable law.
